At the moment, I ship within the United Kingdom only.

If you are based outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please contact me before purchasing.
 

Delivery Methods

All orders are sent using:

• Royal Mail or Parcel Hub

• DPD

I carefully choose the most suitable service depending on the size, weight, and value of your order.

Please note: I do not use Evri.
Larger items will be sent with - 2 man Bstar.
 

Processing Times
 

As many of my items are handmade or made to order, please allow:

• 3–5 working days for smaller items.

• 10-14 days from leaving warehouse for larger items.

Processing times will be clearly stated on each product listing where relevant.
 

Delivery Times
 

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Royal Mail: 1–3 working days

• DPD: 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods or unforeseen delays.
 

Shipping Costs
 

Royal Mail Shipping Rates (Parcels) 

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order:

0kg – 2kg.                  £3.99

2kg – 20kg                 £5.99

20kg – 30kg.             £11.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

For larger items (furniture etc), shipping costs are included in the price.  I will always confirm delivery charges before dispatch where necessary.
 

Tracking
 

Where available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey. With 2 man delivery this will be booked with the mobile number supplied once the route is planned and the mobile number must reply. 
 

Damaged or Lost Items
 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date), and I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
